Pool Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Operations Supervisor to join our team at the swimming centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pool, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of swimmers in the community.

The role involves monitoring the conduct of staff and patrons, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of the Centre.

This position plays a critical role in providing a positive experience for swimmers and their families.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Certificate or equivalent
  • Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Pool Plant Operators Certificate
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Royal Life Saving Society Australia Guidelines for Safe Pool Operation (GSPO)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Emergency procedures and standards
  • National Criminal History Clearance
  • Department of Human Services Working with Children Clearance
  • Oxygen Resuscitation Award (desirable)
