We're seeking a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to help drive our restaurant's success. This role is perfect for someone looking to further their career and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in creating a positive work environment
  • Support front-line management and contribute to the restaurant's success
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to the Restaurant General Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate team members
  • Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and competent computer skills
