Senior Financial Analyst

The Role- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making, monitoring financial performance against targets and identifying key drivers.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management, clearly communicating trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
- Partner with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations, supporting business planning and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate monthly accounts for overhead departments, identifying and recommending cost control measures to enhance efficiency.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Budgeting Support: Contribute to the annual budgeting process by reviewing and validating budget assumptions.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance analyst role.
- Bachelor's degree plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies in Finance.
- Advanced excel, reporting and analysis skills essential.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
