Medical Records and Relief Clerk

About the Role:

This is a full-time position available at The Sutherland Hospital, Caringbah, New South Wales. The successful candidate will be employed as an Administration Officer Level 2.

The role involves providing efficient and effective coverage of all roles/tasks within the Clinical Information Service, including Customer Liaison, Clinic Retrieval, ED and Ward retrieval, Record Returns and Assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks as required.
