Key Job Details

As an Administration Assistant in our Junior Medical Officers Unit, you will be the first point of contact for all junior medical officers, hospital staff, and visitors.

This role involves liaising with junior medical officers, senior medical officers, and hospital management on administrative duties. You will also provide support for annual junior medical officer recruitment to meet set Ministry deadlines and comply with necessary HR practices.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including customer service focus.
  • Accurate Rostering: Ability to produce rosters with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a Busy Workplace: Proven experience in a busy workplace handling high volumes of paperwork, data, and incoming/outgoing correspondence while prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and working under pressure.
  • Motivation and Reliability: Motivated, reliable, highly organized, and strong work ethic.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office applications accurately and databases such as HealthRoster.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team with a proactive and outcome-focused approach.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and/or experience in HR, ideally including an understanding of medical workforce issues.
