Nurturing Early Childhood Educator Wanted for Townsville Role

Job Title: Early Childhood TeacherSalary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team at Educating Kids Early Learning Centre Domain and Kirwan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our centre while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and supervision skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of the kindergarten children.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of children's learning and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines, and be able to apply this knowledge in practice.
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Educating Kids Early Learning Centres, you will be part of a supportive and enriching work environment where your contributions are valued and celebrated.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood and Care (or equivalent)
- Current first aid qualifications (including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training)
- Valid blue card (or ability to obtain one)
- Demonstrated experience working within an early childhood setting
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines and its application in practice
