We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Property Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive case management and delivering housing support services to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The Rentwell Program provides affordable rental properties to people on moderate incomes, offering them a safe and stable place to live. Our team works from a strength-based framework, focusing on empowering our clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with vulnerable and disadvantaged people. You will also need to be able to conduct property inspections, manage tenancies, and process maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
