About the RoleThis fixed term position requires a skilled professional who has experience working in housing and homelessness. The successful candidate will be able to advocate for clients and liaise with various community support services. They will operate within a consortium agreement between multiple community services organisations and report to the manager of Rentwell and Next Door programs.
The case manager plays a crucial role in supporting community members experiencing difficulties in their lives and may potentially face homelessness. This is a key opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives.
About YouWe're looking for someone with vocational qualifications in Community Development or Community Services, who is passionate about supporting vulnerable members of our community. Possession of relevant skills and experience will be highly desirable.
