We are seeking a skilled and experienced clinical professional to join our team in the development, delivery, management and evaluation of our Rural Emergency Nursing Exchange Program (RENIX). This is a critical role that will involve working closely with stakeholders to design, implement and evaluate project plans.
This position requires a strong background in emergency nursing, with at least 5 years of full-time equivalent experience and tertiary qualifications. You will need to demonstrate expertise in rural and emergency nursing, as well as clinical leadership skills. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and delivering clinical education programs and be able to manage complex projects.
This role also requires high-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. About the Role- To provide expert clinical input into the development, delivery, management and evaluation of RENIX.
- To work in close collaboration with management and key stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate project plans.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated expertise in rural and emergency nursing and clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of clinical education programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including stakeholder engagement and evaluation.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
