Corporate Services Manager

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Services Manager to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in our Property Management team. You'll be tasked with developing a best-in-class corporate service experience, delivering exceptional results, and promoting a customer-centric culture that builds loyalty towards the Stockland brand and our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage the Stockland tenancy to drive optimal investment and operational performance, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create and maintain a seamless corporate experience offering, including corporate catering, mail room, reception, facilities, and corporate experience services.
  • Assume full accountability for the strategic direction, financial management, and performance of the Stockland head office tenancy.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including tenancy floor maintenance and management, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Stockland stakeholders, suppliers, strategic partners, base building services, and contract partners.
  • Manage efficient operations, maintenance, and upkeep of all floors, set against facilities-based KPIs, including risk, compliance, sustainability, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement and monitor property improvement projects, renovations, and capital expenditure initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Participate in target reduction programs regarding energy, water, and waste.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification.
  • Extensive property and asset management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationships skills.
  • Financial, risk, corporate service, and operating rhythm acumen.
  • ESG measures and performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of structuring lease deals.
  • Strong analytical and finance skills.
  • A strong client focus, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Relevant negotiation and influencing skills.
