Lead Veterinary Nursing Team
Our team is seeking a skilled and motivated Veterinary Nurse Manager to lead our veterinary nursing team in exciting emergency cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the nursing team to ensure they perform at their best.
- Develop and implement effective rostering systems to meet business needs.
- Promote a positive team culture by implementing and enforcing company policies.

- Recruit, onboard, and train new nurses to join our team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
About You:
- Proven experience as a veterinary nurse leader or senior nurse role.
- Veterinary Nursing qualifications and certifications.
- A supportive leadership style that motivates and mentors others.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
