Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Recruitment Manager to lead our international student recruitment efforts across South Asia.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to drive student engagement, achieve enrolment targets, and contribute to the growth of our global community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop opportunities for market development and expansion of international student recruitment in designated regions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to develop effective conversion strategies for the region.
  • Promote all our courses, campuses, articulation agreements, and evaluate all recruitment activities in designated regions, providing accurate, relevant, and up-to-date information.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on the service delivery of our international agents in their region, adhering to relevant contracts and established KPIs.
  • Establish and nurture networks with staff, government representatives, industry associates, feeder and pathway institutions for effective recruitment in designated regions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate qualification or progress towards postgraduate study combined with extensive relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
  • A strong understanding of the international student recruitment sector, including legislative requirements, industry structures, market dynamics, and current trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead teams, work independently, and take initiative to drive projects to completion.
  • High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
