About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team as a Senior Business Partner. In this role, you will provide strategic support to our corporate team, driving initiatives across our operating divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the corporate team with everyday HR tasks, including changes to work conditions, advising on parental leave, coaching managers on challenging conversations, and drafting show cause letters.
- Guide leaders in setting objectives, having meaningful mid-year check-in conversations, and completing end-of-year reviews using Oracle HCM.
- Play a key role in the companywide Employee Engagement Survey project, from communications to presenting actionable insights to senior leaders.
- A hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
