Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR professional to partner with leaders across high-impact business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to a diverse workforce, driving strategic initiatives and delivering operational excellence.
  • Coach managers on performance development, IR/ER, and investigations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across key business units, focusing on candidate experience and quality hires.
  • Partner with site-based teams, unions, and reps to maintain strong industrial relations, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support organisational change projects, including automation and transformation programs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Drive improvements across HR systems, policies, and processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in an operational, manufacturing, or unionised environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, Awards, and EA negotiation, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business, driving collaboration and achieving shared goals.
  • Experience managing both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR delivery, with a focus on Results-Oriented Work Environment (ROWE) principles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
