About the Role:

We are excited to offer full-time positions for Sales and Customer Service Consultants, also known as Local Community Consultants. In this role, you will be essential in delivering Medibank products and services to your local community. When customers reach out to us, you will be empowered to take individual accountability and responsibility for providing exceptional service throughout their journey.

You will possess a diverse skill set that enables you to address a variety of everyday challenges and serve local customers through their preferred communication channels, whether in person, over the phone, or via messaging.
