Job Title: Urgent Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urgent Care Nurse to join our team in Narre Warren.

  • Job Description:
  • To provide high-quality patient care for injuries or illnesses, working collaboratively with registered nurses (RNs) as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • To perform care activities including administering vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and providing patient education, ensuring all patient interactions are respectful, empathetic, and professional.
  • Requirements:
  • A current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in a primary care setting, with a focus on chronic disease management, prevention, and health promotion is desirable.
  • 3 years of direct clinical practice nursing care experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion for patient-centered care and a personable approach.
