Urgent Care Family Physician

Seeking an experienced family medicine practitioner to join our urgent care team. This is a unique opportunity to provide primary care services to patients, including urgent care and after-hours coverage.
About the Role:This role offers a collaborative work environment with minimal overhead costs. You will have the chance to work in a state-of-the-art clinic, located in Victoria, BC, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance while serving the community on Vancouver Island.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients, including urgent care and after-hours support
- Participate in an after-hours call group, sharing responsibilities with other healthcare providers
- Optimize data from the clinic's information system to enhance patient care
- Establish a minimum patient panel and participate in urgent care services
We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional who can support the breadth of patient complexities and urgent care services. To be eligible for this position, you must be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) and hold Family Medicine Certification of the College of Family Physicians (or equivalent).
