Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to efficiently triage patients and take decisive actions for those requiring emergency attention or experiencing health deterioration.
- Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring meticulous and timely completion of all documentation.
- Champion patients' desired clinical outcomes and provide essential health education as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
- A minimum of 1 year's prior triage experience, ideally in an emergency department.
- Proficiency in recognizing and appropriately responding to health deterioration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with keen critical thinking abilities.
