Debt Capital Markets Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Debt Capital Markets professional to drive debt transactions for corporations and financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate debt transactions with a product range that includes syndicated loans, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, SEC-registered bonds, private placements, Euro bonds, high-yield bonds, liability management, and hybrid issues.
  • Direct coverage of corporate and financial clients.
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends in the local and international debt capital markets.
  • Support deal or project teams with analytical and research support.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in finance or law.
  • Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
  • Sound technical and valuation skills, and understanding of global debt capital markets.
  • Strong project management capability.
