Job Description">

As a Sales Assistant at Bras N Things, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that make a lasting impression. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, process stock, and maintain store visual merchandising standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and positive.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet performance expectations.
  • Processing stock accurately and efficiently to maintain a well-stocked store environment.
  • Contributing to visual merchandising initiatives to create an engaging and appealing store atmosphere.

Required Skills & Qualifications">

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills to manage cash handling and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Previous retail experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and take initiative will be highly valued.
