
Caring Mental Health Professional Wanted

We are seeking a registered Psychologist who shares our values of person-centered care, empowerment, education, and evidence-based practice.
- You will work closely with an internal registered psychologist & board-approved supervisor to provide high-quality patient care.
- Clinic-based role - you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Ongoing support from experienced registered psychologists, colleagues, and senior staff across disciplines will be available to you.
- Regular professional development opportunities will be provided through monthly in-service multidisciplinary PD sessions with highly experienced senior practitioners.
- Opportunities for dedicated client non-contact time will allow you to focus on multi-discipline liaison and report writing.
- Joint sessions with other disciplines will also be available.
- Registered NDIS provider.
- Generous annual leave entitlements - up to 5 weeks per year.

- Professional development opportunities including up to 4 days PD leave per year and regular in-service PD and monthly masterclasses.
- Supportive team environment working alongside the team in your dedicated clinic room, with calendared 1:1 supervision & fortnightly peer supervision.
- Collaboration with other allied health professionals (speech pathologists and psychologists) as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Autonomy over your calendar with flexibility to see clients in clinic or in the community, and dedicated admin time.
- Our client services support team handles all things admin, including client waitlist and all bookings.
- Diverse caseload - work with children aged 0-18, and build your own caseload according to your strengths and interests.

- Flexible hours between 7.30am to 5.30pm, with options for WFH and guaranteed finish times.
