**Job Description:** We are a leading mental health service provider, delivering high-quality care to adults and young people. Our team of experts is dedicated to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve a better quality of life.

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing brief and ongoing interventions, as well as developing collaborative individual care plans. You will work autonomously, but also collaboratively with other clinicians, to develop services that meet the needs of our clients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a mental health service delivery environment and possess a strong understanding of assessment and care planning. You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual care plans
  • Provide brief and ongoing interventions
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians to develop services
  • Assess and manage client needs
**Requirements:
  • Must have a relevant qualification (AHPRA or AASW registration)
  • Experience working in a mental health service delivery environment
  • Strong understanding of assessment and care planning
  • Excellent communication skills
