Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Sleep Therapy Solutions Specialist, CPAP Support. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to assist patients with CPAP equipment and supply needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales, with a strong background in call center operations. They will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, educating patients on supply schedules and insurance guidelines, and meeting daily performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with CPAP equipment and supply needs via phone and email
  • Educate patients on supply schedules and insurance guidelines to ensure seamless ordering process
  • Meet daily performance goals to provide excellent patient care and support
  • Promote convenient ordering options such as Rapid Reorder and Autoship to improve patient satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively handle patient inquiries
  • A team player with a positive attitude and drive to meet goals
