About the Role

This rotational position offers you the opportunity to work in various clinical settings, including dispensing and compounding services, critical care, and medical specialties. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, mentoring and supervising learners, and contributing to pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation
  • Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents, and other Grampians Health staff
  • Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings

Requirements

  • Currently hold or be eligible for general registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
  • Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred
