We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to join our team in Ballarat. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality interventions to NDIS participants aged 0-8 and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) opportunity that requires flexibility and commitment to support before/after school appointments. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide therapy and support services that lead to positive life-changing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
  • Assess and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
  • Collaborate with educators, speech pathologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Provide coaching and guidance to parents and caregivers to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, or Education)
  • Registration with AHPRA (for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists) or SPA (for Speech Pathologists)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • A valid Australian driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check
