**Job Title:** Senior Childcare Program Manager

This permanent part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and leading a team. As an Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Outside School Hours Care service at Oxley State School.

The successful candidate will have a passion for creating engaging programs that cater to the needs of primary-age children. You will work closely with parents and school communities to ensure that our service provides a safe and supportive environment for all children.

We are looking for a team player who is willing to obtain or hold relevant qualifications to work with children in OSHC. You will also need to undergo a national police check and a state check for working with children.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing child-centered programs that promote learning and development
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff
  • Leading a team of Educators and supporting their professional growth
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration
