Lead a Fun and Safe Program

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator to lead our team in delivering exceptional before and after-school care and vacation care for children in our partner school.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to form positive relationships with children, families, and the school community, and have a passion for creating a fun, safe, and compliant program.

About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program
  • Creating daily plans and organizing activities
  • Supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children
  • Preparing and serving healthy food options
  • Nurturing a positive environment for learning, fun, and play

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare
  • Completed or studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Availability from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
