About the RoleThis is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work alongside our experienced team to design and deliver engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. Your ability to think creatively, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service will be essential in this role.
You will be responsible for guiding children's learning and development, maintaining enrolment and medical compliance, integrating with the school community, and engaging with families. - Maintain accurate records of enrolment and medical information.
- Integrate with the school community to promote a collaborative approach to care and education.
- Engage with families to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
- An Employee Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work Monday to Friday: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Previous childcare experience (recommended).
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $30.00 per hour. This is a part-time position, with 15 hours available per week. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
ScheduleThis position requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work afternoons, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. You must be available to work these hours to be considered for this role.
ExperienceWe prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in childcare. However, we welcome applications from individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills in this field.
