The RoleYou will connect with clients to guide them through their learning journey as a Sales Professional in our high-performing team. This is a phone-based sales role with warm leads only, where you'll help students map career pathways and select the right qualifications or short courses in a consultative sales capacity that blends advisory, customer service, and strategic relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads.
- Provide tailored learning advice and recommend our qualifications and short courses.
- Convert leads into enrolments and support students through their initial learning experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Solutions teams.
- Stay informed on market trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
