Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to support our store teams across Festive Season 2024. As a key member of our team, you will embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products that are relevant to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.
  • Delivering an exceptional, inclusive customer experience by demonstrating products that address customer needs.
  • Ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers, processing sales, and keeping stock levels adequately maintained and exceptionally presented.

Requirements

  • Flexible and open availability throughout October – February.

About You

We are seeking a flexible candidate with passion for retail who has full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours. This operates on an on-site working pattern.
