Job Description:

The position involves prospecting and engaging with potential clients to identify their needs and recommend insurance and financial products. Virtual consultations and value-driven presentations will be delivered. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through follow-up and support will be key responsibilities. CRM tools will be used to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline. Team trainings and performance development meetings will also be attended.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach are essential.
  • Goal-oriented individuals with a self-driven and professional work ethic are needed.
  • Able to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license (training provided).
