Job Title: Strategic Workforce Advisor

Job Description:

The Strategic Workforce Advisor reports to the Executive Manager and is responsible for providing high-level advice, support, and practical assistance to senior leaders and HR practitioners on complex workforce management matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, workforce frameworks, awards, agreements, policies, and guidelines to develop strategies for managing employment matters and statewide policies.
  • Experience partnering with managers at all levels to provide technical and strategic advice on complex employment issues.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide solutions for workforce and employee matters.
  • Ability to provide authoritative advice and support capability development among HR practitioners and management to improve employment outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
