Position Summary:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall ground operations at the respective station to ensure Malaysia Airlines operates in a safe, secure, and compliant manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery in accordance with the company's set service standards and meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Accountability:

- Assist the Station Head in overseeing all ground operations, ensuring compliance with safety, security, regulatory requirements, and adherence to airline policies, procedures, and the Ground Operations Manual.

- Support the Station Head in ensuring the airline's ground operations are in full compliance with all safety, security, regulatory requirements and airline policies, procedures, and operating manual.

- Undertake an oversight function on all outsourced functions performed by appointed Ground Service Providers (GSP) and vendors.

- Ensure the delivery of all airline products and services at all ground customer touchpoints consistently meet and exceed the service quality target set.

- Perform any other duties as required by the Station Head / Regional Head / Management / stipulated in the Ground Operations Manual (GOM) to support the smooth running of airport operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualification & Working Experience:

- Degree with 1 year working experience.

- Diploma with 3 years working experience.

Area of Experience:

- Strong understanding of local and international aviation regulations, security protocols, and Malaysia Airlines' policies to ensure operations meet all legal and safety standards.

- Skills in overseeing ground operations, including crisis management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

- Proficiency in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
