Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families in a therapeutic setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader.
About the Role- Lead a clinical team and oversee all clinical activities across multiple locations.
- Support the clinical delivery of program activities where required.
- Ensure adherence to DFFH therapeutic guidelines and maintain relevant client records according to Australian standards.
- Develop effective stakeholder relationships and manage risk and safety in clinical practice.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trauma’s impact on mental health, attachment, and development, with the ability to educate others on these issues.
The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor level qualification in Health or Welfare relevant fields and have demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical assessments and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and interventions aligned with service outcomes.
- Supervise clinical work and support staff development to ensure quality service delivery.
- Lead coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management.
