Job Summary:
This is an opportunity to specialise in metastatic breast care within a multidisciplinary cancer care team. You will be responsible for providing information, education and support to breast cancer patients and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist advice and guidance to patients with metastatic breast cancer.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols related to metastatic breast cancer.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state nursing authority.
- Minimum five years full-time equivalent post-qualification experience in breast cancer nursing.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Breast Care Nursing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
