Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team. This role is key in delivering quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees on all HR related enquiries
  • Support employees with self-service and advice on HR related queries
  • Address performance management issues
  • Offer remuneration and recognition support
  • Support job change and internal transfer processes
  • Provide learning/training course advice and administration
  • Assist the HR Projects team in various people-related projects and initiatives

To be successful, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a systems/process Human Resource role, working in a business partnering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
