Senior Solutions Strategist

The role of a Senior Solutions Strategist is to drive the successful delivery of IT projects for global customers. This involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior team members, and working closely with product teams.

Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues, acting as a bridge between customers and R&D through Customer-Oriented R&D efforts, and defining and refining best practices by leveraging insights from real-world customer implementations.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues in real-time, support critical customer challenges that extend beyond standard support and professional services capabilities, and partner closely with Buscojobs R&D teams to resolve technical escalations and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires strong technical understanding and experience in one or more areas, including AI integration, decision-making, or problem-solving. You will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to influence and consult around key technical decisions during project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Seven years of experience implementing 2 or more ServiceNow ITOM products
  • Advanced and current understanding of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration
  • Strong technical understanding and experience in AI integration, decision-making, or problem-solving
