    ABOUT THE POSITION.

    As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a lead role across major projects while contributing to business and team development. You'll work closely with senior leadership, be given autonomy over your work, and benefit from a culture that values initiative, strategic thinking, and team mentorship. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the lead in mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise, guiding their development, and helping shape high-performing QS professionals.

    DUTIES.
    • Lead cost planning, estimating, and detailed cost reporting from early stages to final account
    • Prepare and evaluate tenders, lead procurement processes, and support contract negotiations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
    • Attend site visits, manage project risks, and ensure consistent delivery to high standards.
    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
    • 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within a consultancy environment
    • Proficiency in CostX or similar software is highly desirable
    • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
    • Well-rounded sector experience (commercial, residential, health, education) is a strong advantage
