Key Responsibilities

  • Document incidents and contribute to a central knowledge base, facilitating continuous improvement and best practices sharing.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • 1+ year experience in a service desk, helpdesk or Network Operations Centre (NOC) setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and ITIL practices, with a focus on process efficiency and quality delivery.
  • Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and nights, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in IT or a related field preferred, but not essential for exceptional candidates.
