In this position, you'll provide high-quality support to our customers across cloud and infrastructure technologies. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving incidents within Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve issues affecting customer services. Your expertise in cloud and infrastructure technologies will enable you to design, implement, and test service changes for customer environments.
As a customer advocate, you'll communicate complex technical information to stakeholders, providing proactive and empathetic updates throughout the case lifecycle.
This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA frameworks
