Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in providing first and second-line support to our office and field teams across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on IT support to end-users and field engineers
  • Assist with system administration and daily monitoring of IT systems
  • Manage local backup solutions and implement redundant setups
  • Participate in local infrastructure projects and APAC-wide IT meetings
  • Document procedures and optimize business processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Basic understanding of MS Exchange and VMware (preferred)
  • Networking experience and familiarity with ITIL framework
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team
