Senior Client Growth Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Client Growth Specialist to join our dynamic National Team in Australia. This role will be responsible for driving client growth, managing bid and tender activity, and supporting other Marketing and Business Development programs.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and implement account management plans to drive client retention, growth, and profitability.
- Bid and Tender Management: Project manage and deliver bids and tenders for allocated clients, working closely with the Strategic Bids team and other BD team members.
- Client Budget Management: Manage the client budget for allocated clients, monitoring and tracking expenditure.
- Events, Webinars, and Sponsorships: Work with the Events team to plan and execute events that showcase our expertise and build relationships with key clients.
- External Profiling and Publications: Collaborate with the Communications team to profile client work and expertise through media and digital channels.
- Marketing and Business Development Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing and core marketing programs employed in BB relationship marketing.
- Campaign Leadership: Experience in leading client, project, or campaign teams.
- Team Orientation: Strong team orientation, natural collaborator, and sharer of information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
