Senior Mental Health Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at ORS Group. As a clinician, you will work with injured workers to provide clinical services and evidence-based case management, helping them achieve their goals and regain optimal health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored interventions in various settings, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, clinics, and/or group offices.
  • Implement best practice health engagement strategies throughout the rehabilitation process.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Nursing.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC (preferred).
  • A vehicle and valid driver's licence.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
