The LPN Supervisor - Enriched Living at Loretto is responsible for ensuring the personal care and well-being of residents. This role involves assessing individual needs, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities- Supervise and direct activities of Certified Home Health Aides, including personal supervision and provision of companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor delivery of resident care to ensure excellent customer service and quality expectations are met.
- Perform any and all functions of personal care as needed.
- Provide ongoing communication to families, residents, and medical management team regarding medical conditions and updates.
- Supervise and provide care to residents who are ill, reporting any changes in condition promptly.
- Current New York State license in good standing as Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in related field desired.
- High school diploma or higher education required.
- Familiarity with medical transcriptions.
- Flexible schedule.
- Estimated Salary: $32-$33 per hour.
