We are committed to the ecologically sound and sustainable use of resources and strive to operate in a manner that minimises waste and protects the environment.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeEnsuring efficient service to customers/clients by collecting full scrap metal bins, and/or delivering empty bins, in a timely fashionCommunicating with management to identify any industry movement and activity, or any on-site concerns regarding OHS, environmental or collection issues arisingWork in accordance with a daily plan for routine collectionsEnsure all work is completed in accordance with our site safety, environmental and quality proceduresYard work as requiredTo Be Successful In This Opportunity, You Will HaveHR license with previous experience in a similar roleForklift ticketC6 crane ticketExcellent customer service ethicEffective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team environmentFlexibility to respond to transport and operationsA career with Sims provides you with the opportunity to work with an organisation whose goal is to be the world's safest and most responsible recycling company.
