Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operations of our workspaces, fostering a vibrant and connected community while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, including workspace, café, serviced meeting spaces, and events.
  • Manage and mentor your team, creating a culture of collaboration, feedback, and personal growth.
  • Be the key point of contact for members — from onboarding and relationship management to resolving concerns and celebrating wins.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to deliver engaging events and community experiences.
  • Support Hub's B Corp and Carbon Neutral impact initiatives through on-site leadership and participation.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in customer-facing environments like coworking, hotels, or hospitality-driven spaces, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Passionate about client relationships and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, staying calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally across all levels.
