**The Opportunity**:
This position will work to develop, automate, maintain, and govern the Business Intelligence and Reporting in Centurion, and to deliver key insights to support decisions across the business. Conduct in-depth data analysis and advanced analytics to uncover patterns, correlations, insights and forecast trends to optimise business operations based on data.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain data models for analytical and reporting needs.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in Key Performance Indicators and Operational efficiency insights to support business decisions and drive improvement initiatives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels to identify key business requirements and metrics to deliver reporting requirements
- Extract & transform data from SQL, in-house systems, websites, & Excel
- Ensure data quality & integrity through governance policies
- Build models to enhance business efficiency & forecast trends
- Train stakeholders on data analysis tools & best practices
- Address data deficiencies & propose solutions for improved quality

**Skills & Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma in IT related field or equivalent
- A proven data analyst professional with demonstrated commercial experience
- Experience developing and delivering advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
- High degree of analytical skill and sound knowledge of business procedures
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Delivery and outcome-focused with a constructive approach to challenges and problem solving
- Commercial experience in SQL and Python
