Associate Privacy Counsel

As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's approach to privacy and data protection.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solving lawyer or experienced privacy professional with a genuine passion for privacy and a drive to deliver value to internal stakeholders. They will have a strong interest in digital health technology solutions and preferably some experience working in technology or healthcare.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the global privacy team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Establish and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to identify, mitigate, and address risks.
  3. Provide practical legal support, risk mitigation, and privacy risk assessment with a global and customer-centric mindset.
  4. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and privacy-related legal documents.
  5. Complete privacy impact assessments and documentation to manage risk vis-a-vis business value within a global privacy program.

Key qualifications include 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in-firm or in-house with a focus on privacy, a juris doctorate (J.D.) or equivalent degree in law, and one or more privacy certifications from recognized institutions.
