Job Title: Storage and Backup Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage and Backup Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, delivering, and managing storage and backup solutions.

This role will be focused on supporting the infrastructure of our organization, ensuring that data is secure and readily available.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement storage and backup systems
  • Manage and maintain existing storage and backup infrastructure
  • Develop and implement strategies for data protection and recovery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in storage and backup

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Storage and Backup Engineer or similar role
  • Proficiency in Dell storage and backup systems, including Avamar, Data Domain, VMAX, Isilon, and PPDM
  • Strong understanding of storage and backup design, delivery, and management
  • Experience with Dell PowerProtect Data Manager Implementation and Administration
  • Virtualization, network, and storage experience
  • Implementing and administering Cisco Solutions
  • Architecting and designing solutions involving high-end blade servers, operating systems, virtualization, backup, and restore infrastructure, software clustering technologies, capacity management, and scripting
