Job Title: Personal Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled support worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and excellent communication skills.

  • This is a casual position offering flexibility in scheduling with extra shifts available on weekdays.

The successful applicant will provide assistance at home and in the community for clients with complex needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Transporting clients to appointments
  • Shopping and meal preparation
  • Personal care and companionship
  • Light housekeeping and social activities

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with complex clients and behaviors
  • A current First Aid Certification
  • A Working with Children Check
  • A National Police Certificate
  • A valid driver's license

Preferred locations for this role include Drummoyne and Five Dock NSW. Applicants must be able to commute or relocate before starting work.

This job involves working directly with clients, so it's essential to have excellent interpersonal skills and a patient demeanor.
